Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights remain the sole property of The MFL Teacher.
Individual Licence
Purchasing or accessing content from The MFL Teacher grants you a single-user licence unless otherwise stated.
This means that materials are licensed to the individual purchaser only.
The licence allows you to:
✅ Use purchased materials in your own teaching and professional practice
✅ Save copies for your own personal use
✅ Print materials for your own classes where appropriate
✅ Adapt classroom resources for your own learners
The licence does not transfer ownership of the materials.
What You May Not Do
Without prior written permission, you may not:
❌ Share purchased files with colleagues
❌ Upload resources to shared drives
❌ Upload materials to websites or online platforms
❌ Email resources to others
❌ Sell or resell materials
❌ Redistribute content in any format
❌ Include materials within another product or programme
❌ Remove copyright notices or branding
❌ Share membership-only content outside Foundations Membership
❌ Share training recordings or webinar recordings
❌ Share account access or login details
Schools, Departments and Trusts
Unless an organisational licence has been purchased, resources are provided for the use of the individual teacher who purchased them.
Where materials are required for:
- Departments
- Schools
- Multi-Academy Trusts
- Teacher Training Providers
- Professional Development Programmes
please contact The MFL Teacher to discuss appropriate licensing arrangements.
Foundations Membership Content
All content provided within Foundations Membership remains the intellectual property of The MFL Teacher.
This includes:
- Training recordings
- Live training materials
- Workbooks
- Templates
- Slides
- Community resources
- Downloadable content
- Member-only materials
Membership provides access to content but does not provide ownership rights.
Membership content must not be shared, copied, redistributed or used for group training without written permission.
CPD and Professional Development Content
Recordings, training sessions and professional development materials are provided solely for the use of the registered participant.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you may not:
- Share recordings
- Deliver training using the materials
- Use materials in departmental CPD
- Republish content
- Use content for commercial training purposes
Schools wishing to use training materials with multiple staff members should contact The MFL Teacher to discuss group licences or bespoke training options.
Unauthorised Use
Where unauthorised copying, sharing or redistribution is identified, The MFL Teacher reserves the right to:
- Suspend access to purchased content
- Revoke membership access
- Restrict future purchases
- Request removal of shared materials
- Pursue legal remedies where appropriate
Permission Requests
If you would like to:
- Use materials in staff training
- Share resources with colleagues
- Use content within a course or programme
- Request a department or school licence
