At The MFL Teacher, we want you to feel confident purchasing our digital resources, courses, memberships, and coaching services. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing, as it explains your rights and our refund terms.

By purchasing from https://www.themflteacher.co.uk/, you agree to the terms below.

  1. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS (NON-REFUNDABLE)

Due to the nature of digital downloadable products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or downloaded.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • PDFs
  • Lesson resources
  • Worksheets
  • Templates
  • Digital packs
  • Downloadable bundles
  • Training courses and videos

Once you have access to the file(s), we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation.

  1. ONLINE COURSES & MEMBERSHIP ACCESS

If you purchase an online course, portal-based resource, or membership subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

  • you have not significantly accessed, downloaded, or completed the content
  • the request is made in good faith
  • the purchase has not been made as part of a “consume and refund” pattern

If your request meets the above criteria, refunds may be granted at our discretion.

  1. MEMBERSHIPS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you are subscribed to a monthly or annual membership:

  • you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal
  • once cancelled, your access will continue until the end of your billing period
  • we do not provide partial refunds for unused membership time (unless required by law)
  1. COACHING & 1:1 VIDEO CALLS

If you purchase a coaching session or one-to-one video call:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your call with at least 48 hours notice
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund

If you fail to attend a session (“no show”), no refund will be provided.

  1. EXCEPTIONS (FAULTY DIGITAL CONTENT)

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be as described and fit for purpose.

If a digital product is faulty, corrupted, or cannot be accessed, you may be entitled to:

  • a replacement file, or
  • a repair / re-delivery, or
  • a refund where a repair/replacement is not possible

  • order number or proof of purchase
  • product/service purchased
  • reason for your request

We aim to respond within 5 working days.

  1. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

We encourage customers to contact us first before initiating a payment dispute.

If a chargeback is filed without contacting us, we reserve the right to:

  • suspend access to purchased products or memberships
  • restrict future purchases
  • submit evidence of digital delivery to the payment provider
