  1. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

  1. SUBSCRIPTIONS & MEMBERSHIPS

If you purchase a membership or subscription, you agree to recurring billing unless cancelled.

Subscription Terms

  • Payments are charged automatically at the frequency stated at checkout (monthly/annual)
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal
  • If you cancel, access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle unless otherwise stated

We reserve the right to change membership pricing or content, but you will be notified in advance of any changes affecting your subscription.

  1. COACHING & 1:1 VIDEO CALLS

We offer coaching and one-to-one video calls. By booking a session, you agree that:

  • Coaching is educational support and guidance only
  • Results are not guaranteed
  • You are responsible for your own implementation and outcomes

We reserve the right to reschedule coaching calls where necessary due to illness, emergency, or unavoidable circumstances.

  1. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

10.1 Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, unless otherwise required by law.

10.2 Courses, Memberships & Portal Access Products

Refunds may be offered at our discretion within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

  • the customer has not significantly accessed or completed the content, and
  • the request is reasonable and made in writing to [email protected]

10.3 Coaching & 1:1 Calls

If you cancel a booked call with at least 48 hours notice, you may request:

  • a reschedule, or
  • a refund (at our discretion)

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session may not be refunded.

10.4 Refund Request Process

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

Where digital products are faulty or inaccessible, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund depending on circumstances.

  1. LICENCE TO USE PRODUCTS

When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the product for your own personal use.

You do not gain ownership rights to the content.

  1. COMMUNITY RULES (MEMBERS AREA)

If you participate in our members community, you agree to:

  • treat others respectfully
  • avoid harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, or offensive behaviour

We reserve the right to remove any member who breaches these rules, without refund.
