Questions

What do I need to submit?

Simply submit a recording of one lesson (video or audio), along with any resources used during the lesson, such as slides, worksheets or lesson plans. The more context you can provide, the more useful and personalised your feedback will be.

How is my lesson recording stored?

Your lesson recording will be stored securely and used only for the purpose of your lesson review. It will not be shared with anyone else and will be permanently deleted once the review process has been completed.

How long does the process take?

Most lesson reviews are completed within 10 working days of receiving your recording and resources. Once I've completed the review, we'll arrange your coaching call and you'll receive your personalised action plan.

What if the lesson doesn't go well?

That's absolutely fine. In fact, lessons that don't go to plan often provide the richest opportunities for reflection and growth. This is not an observation or assessment. My role is to help you identify what's working, tackle any challenges, and leave with practical next steps that will help you feel more confident in the classroom.

Kirsten is beautifully placed to support those new to a career in language teaching and has a track record of success in training and mentoring other teachers.
